What happens if some or all of the plants arrive damaged?
If some of the plants arrive damaged, please contact us immediately - we will then be able to take action to rectify this immediately.
What happens if we decide the plants are not suitable after they have been delivered?
If you no longer require the plants or trees after they have been delivered please contact us immediately. We will then do our best to collect them the next working day and refund you for any rental period outstanding.
